Leana is a Partner with the Access Group, providing strategic direction and leadership at MedAccess. Implementing unique strategies and integrated promotional and educational platforms are Leana’s specialties. As leader of the Access Group’s West Coast office, Leana ensures that all initiatives are synchronized with brand strategies while delivering tangible results.
Leana is able to provide her clients with exceptional insight and clear strategic guidance as a result of her 18 years working in the pharmaceutical industry. This experience includes her leadership as US Director of Marketing for Botox® Cosmetic, where she was responsible for all consumer and professional marketing activities of the brand for cosmetic use and hyperhidrosis. Leana also managed Allergan’s over-the-counter dry-eye portfolio and allergy franchise. Earlier in her career, Leana held sales, management, and marketing positions with Wyeth-Ayerst in the women’s health care division and with Johnson & Johnson in the Ortho-McNeil division.
